The MICs Group of Health Services is seeking a dynamic and innovative Patient Care Manager (PCM) for its Lady Minto Hospital site, located in Cochrane, ON.
Reporting to the MICs Chief Nursing Officer, the PCM is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of a 33-bed acute/complex continuing care unit as well as the emergency, oncology and general surgery departments. This position works in close collaboration with PCMs from the other two sites to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and patient centered care for all clinical areas. Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BScN in Nursing and graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Masters’ degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years preferred
- Previous demonstrated leadership and management experience required (Leadership Management course desirable)
