We are looking for current or retired healthcare professionals from Medical, Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health backgrounds to undertake the role of Healthcare Candidate Assessor.
Reporting to the Event and Sales Management Team a successful candidate will represent the client company on their exhibition stand by informing and vetting candidates on the client’s behalf at the Healthcare Job Fair.
Candidate Assessor will capture candidate details along with some outlining notes to allow the client (traditionally an overseas company) to contact and obtain suitable candidates for their va This is rious roles to work abroad.
Main Activities / Tasks
The Healthcare Job Fair has over 40 employers from Medical, Nursing, Care and Social Work fields from the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and the UAE.
Our overseas exhibitors cannot always attend and so we require Ambassadors to represent these employers and their brand to ultimately screen and capture the details of any suitable candidates on their behalf.
The events are only one day and would involve attending the event, representing the exhibitor on their stand and vetting and capturing candidates’ details. In addition, you would get a chance to meet the employer before the event for a briefing if deemed necessary.
We will provide you with a full briefing as well on the organisation that you are representing so that you are confident in the role you are undertaking. You will be provided with lunch and it’s a fantastic opportunity for you too to attend the event, network with over 40 healthcare exhibitors and hundreds of piers.
The Person
Current or ex Healthcare Professional
Education / Qualification / Special Training in the respective field
A very good understanding of the various roles throughout the healthcare industry
Understanding of generic healthcare terminology
This is face to face events so the candidate must be comfortable conversing with many people
Must have their own smartphone
