Eligibility
• New to a rural and remote community who previously worked in urban/metro centre AND have relocated to a Northern Health rural/remote community, or
• Are new to BC’s public health sector
• Incentive is prorated based on 1.0 FTE. The incentive will be back dated to April 1, 2024. This incentive offer is available until March 31, 2025

• Emergency
• Nephrology
• High acuity
• Critical care/Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Mental health (Addictions, inpatient mental health, specialized mental health)
• Pediatric
• Perinatal/Maternity
• Perioperative
• Post anesthetic recovery
• Post anesthetic care
• Cardiac care
• Long-term care
• Med/Surg (communities outside of Prince George and Quesnel)

Who you are

• Registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a practicing RN registrant.
• Holding specialty education if applying for specialty nursing positions.
