Role Purpose
Our valued Transport Manager will in conjunction with the wider multi-disciplinary team have the opportunity to support the implementation of Our Shared Ambition within a positive and fulfilling work environment. They will have full responsibility of the Internal Transport fleet and the External Transport arrangements
The Person
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Transport Management
- Proven experience in a transport management role or logistics coordination.
- Full clean driving licence and knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant transport and traffic regulations.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
- Strong understanding of person-centred planning.
- Experience working within disability, healthcare, or social care settings is an advantage
