The Southern Health & Social Care Trust provides integrated patient / client centred services to a population of approximately 370,000 people in the local areas of Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon, Dungannon, South Tyrone, Newry and Mourne .
The Trust provides a wide range of hospital, community and primary care services. General acute in-patient hospital services are located at Craigavon Area Hospital and Daisy Hill Hospital and acute mental health and learning disability in-patient hospital services are located in the Bluestone Unit also on the Craigavon Area Hospital site. Working in collaboration with GPs and other agencies, Trust staff provide locally based health and social care services in Trust premises, in people’s own homes and in the community. The Trust purchases some services, such as domiciliary, residential and nursing care and day care from private and voluntary organisations.
The Trust employs approximately 14,000 staff and has an annual income of about £678m, spending approximately £1.86m per day delivering care to local people.

Community bases are located in many local towns and villages from Moira in the West to Portaferry in the East and from Bangor in the North to Newcastle in the South.

Western Health and Social Care Trust
The Western HSC Trust employs approximately 12,000 staff making us the largest employer in the geography, which includes the council areas of Limavady, Londonderry, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh. We provide a range of services including acute hospital services, mental health, learning disability and physical disability services, social care and primary and community care services. The majority of services are delivered in community-based settings with access to specialist in-patient services available from a number of hospitals. Northern Health and Social Care Trust
The Trust is the second largest in Northern Ireland, offering a large number of career opportunities, with great scope for ongoing advancement and development within the organisation.
The Trust is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health and social care services to a population of approximately 470,000, the largest resident population in Northern Ireland. The Trust also provides services to Rathlin, the only inhabited island off the coast of Northern Ireland.
A highly skilled and professional workforce provides acute services through two hospitals – Antrim Area and Causeway – and community-based health and social care services from four localities which together include approximately 300 facilities including day centres, health centres and residential homes.
Outpatients services are provided from Antrim Area, Causeway, Whiteabbey, Mid-Ulster and Moyle Hospitals and Braid Valley Care Complex, as well as from a range of community settings such as Ballymena Health and Care Centre.
Holywell Hospital, a 115-bed psychiatric hospital in Antrim, provides a range of inpatient mental health and addiction services. The Trust also provides 20 acute mental health inpatient beds in the Ross Thompson Unit in Causeway Hospital.

Welcome to Beaumont Hospital delivers the highest quality of care to our patients, excellent training to our students, and a friendly, stimulating and professional environment for staff.
Beaumont Hospital is a large academic teaching hospital 5km north of Dublin City centre. We provide emergency and acute care services across 54 medical specialties to a local community of some 290,000 people. In addition, we are a Designated Cancer Centre and the Regional Treatment Centre for Ear, Nose and Throat, and Gastroenterology. We are also the National Referral Centre for Neurosurgery and Neurology, Renal Transplantation, and Cochlear Implantation.
We employ approximately 3,000 staff and have 820 beds. We are the principal teaching hospital for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. We also enjoy close links with Dublin City University, especially in the area of nurse training, and with other academic institutions in respect of training and research.

The Falkland Islands Government Health Service is responsible for the provision of all preventative and treatment services in the islands, including community services, dental care, social and benefits services.
Primary and secondary health care facilities are based at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (KEMH) in Stanley, the only hospital on the islands. It is a 27 bed hospital with a small accident and emergency department, an acute ward with a two bedded intensive care unit and a maternity bed. Also currently under construction is a 45 bedded extra care facility which is due to open in 2024, this is where the community support services will be based.
